Comparing Bethesda neighborhoods [MD]

I'm trying to choose between two rental houses, one in "Landon Woods" (Maiden Lane) and the other near suburban hospital (Glenwood Road). Both neighborhoods look really nice. I have 2 small kids so I like that Glenwood Road is close to two nice parks, but I probably like the other house a little better. Do both areas have a lot of families with kids? Can kids play in the street or are certain roads too busy?

Both are similar feel but if you are only there short term I like that glenwood is walking distance to the elementary school.
