| Does anyone have intel about the new construction happening in SW by the duck pond (Lynden Row)? Curious to know how folks are feeling about them, how much you think they will sell for, etc |

| Since the neighbors were fighting to keep a looming apartment building from going in, I think they'll be pleased at the scale of those. Given the price of existing large townhouses in the neighborhood, I'm guessing these will start around the $1.5-$2M mark? |
