Apple Weather Not Showing a Massive Storm

My Apple phone app isn’t showing the dangerous storm. It says high winds. I told my mom and my 20-something DS about it, but they acted like I might be overstating it because it’s not showing anything major. DS’s office hasn’t said anything yet about working from home.

Please tell people about the storm! The only reason I know about it is because of IG.

Looking back, the storm was overly hyped and the Apple Weather app was pretty close to reality. We did have high winds, but relatively little damage. We have not even had large scal power outages - small ones yea, but not large ones.

Yea I just watched a mea culpa from a meteorologist saying they got it wrong. At our house the only really bad rain/wind we got was for ten minutes at the exact time my kid was getting off the school bus.
