Live in Virginia, work in Maryland

Thanks to so-called RTO, I worked in Maryland for part of 2025. I had Virginia taxes withheld as I am a full time Virginia resident. I do not owe taxes in Maryland. Yet TurboTax says I still need to file and pay their $64 fee.
I know it’s only $64 but I do not owe any taxes and the whole thing is stupid. Can I just file directly with Maryland for free?

You dont need to file at all in MD.
