Hazy ovary on ultrasound

Has anyone experienced this? I did a previous egg retrieval a couple months and wanted to a second retrieval but one of my ovaries appeared hazy on the ultrasound. The nurse thought it could be residual edema or swelling from my previous egg retrieval, but it’s been 2 months. Should I be concerned?

OP here. I should add that the haze wasn’t there during the previous retrieval, and only one egg was retrieved from that ovary previously (DOR, so expected).
