Can this thread be locked? These are trolls. Sadly they are all over other social media and even regular news too, driving anti Muslim hatred by twisting and exaggerating this incident and whitewashing that it was an ugly racist violent white supremacist that was the heart of this incident.
Also these people clearly have no connection to NYC, yet they want to speak for people there |

I think that posters sympathetic to Muslims, and to be clear I am one of them, need to come to terms with the fact that even "ugly racist violent white supremacists" have the right to peacefully protest. The attack should be condemned unequivocally. I think a failure of some posters to do this is what is keeping the thread alive.

| Curious why you’re not deleting all the focus on white supremacism in that thread when the actual violence was committed by ISIS-aligned terrorists? There are plenty of other threads in which white supremacism is discussed and condemned. The focus of that particular thread should be on the two men who threw the bombs. They were the only violent people there. |
