Suggestions for best Al-Anon book please

Thank you! Looking for one of your most favorite and beneficial books for Al-Anon. My brother is an alcoholic and I am trying to understand the entire situation with my mother who enables him.

Best is subjective, but I’ve heard that Courage to Change is good. I’m in AA, but some AA members go to Al-Anon also and they like that book. As they say, take what you like and leave the rest.

They’re older books, but I’ve found books by Janet Woititz helpful, including: Adult Children of Alcoholics.
