Regional model parent/guardian survey?

According to the slides from last week's board of ed work session, The 'Grades 4-7 Parent/Guardian Survey' was set to be available March 9 - March 20. Has anyone received the survey yet? My child is a 7th grader and I don't think I've seen it. |
