The one and only Steve Descano. This guy should’ve been run out of town by now. Truly disturbing track record of not prosecuting violent criminals, ignoring victims, and abetting murder, and damaging the reputation of law enforcement in Fairfax County. It may be uncomfortable for people to blame this guy for the deaths, stabbing, and rapes of ordinary citizens but it is the truth.
