Estring questions

I’ve been trying out different forms of vaginal estrogen, and the estring sounds appealing in that it’s a constant dose all the time. It sounds intimidating to put in and take out though. I’m someone who could never figure out a menstrual cup despite trying it several times… For anyone who uses it, how has your experience been? Is it hard to put in and to take it out? Does it ever come out on its own? Does it start wearing out before the 90 days are up?
