PSA- Safeway has $1 fruits + vegetables through Thursday, March 12..

[My husband + I stocked up on fruits + vegetables at Safeway yesterday. They have a lot of $1 fruits + vegetables through Thursday, March 10. We haven't seen deals this great in a long time.

We bought the $1 sacks of navel oranges and they've been totally mediocre bordering on sour. Haven't opened the sack of $1 lemons yet but presumably those are fine. What other products was your Safeway offering? That's all they had at mine a few days ago.

when it's only $.20 for a decent size orange i don't complain i say thank you very much can i have another one please

The $1 containers of blueberries are tiny. My local store was already out of the Fuji apples and potatoes on Saturday.

My $1 oranges seemed fine. Less sweet than mandarins, but not sour.
