Travel to London this week?

Should I be rethinking travel to London this weekend due to reporting of intercepted intelligence on sleeper cell activation. Travel is for pleasure. Don’t want to over react but also nervous now.

They may be outside your door right now. Get into the bunker. Can never be too safe.

I am in London right now. Seems business as usual. Haven't heard anything.

Yeah, definitely the DC area is much safer than London. No one's ever tried to attack the capital of the US before. (eyeroll...)

Your biggest issue is going to be TSA delays both leaving and returning.

Do you have your polio vaccine?

It'll be fine.

Weird response. London has had far more terror attacks than DC over the years. There were terror attacks on two occasions when I was visiting and multiple times when I was living there.

That said, they tend not to be widespread and large scale. I think it’s reasonable for OP to ask. I would go.

I was there on 7/7. Remember it well. I changes my plans the night before - got very very lucky.
