This is not about judging or sharing an opinion but just genuinely curious. So many people, celebrity and otherwise seem to get too thin. Curious how this works. Is there a recommended dose? Can you taper when you get to your target weight?
Or is this just how big works for some people … takes odd too much weight? I think I heard about one celeb saying she couldn’t stop losing weight. |
| Yes, you can control it. You could stop taking it. You could take a lower dosage than what was prescribed, ie, take .05 when your prescription allows for 1.0 dosage. |
You can also space them out. In my experience it takes a long time for your brain to catch up to what you see so I understand how people might lose “too much” |
| Different GLP but yes taking smaller doses and spacing out as you are tapering off or heading into a maintenance weight. The issue is not the GLP, it’s the person taking it and I think some people become obsessed with being as thin as possible. I’d guess this mindset is particularly prevalent with actors and actresses (or anyone in the spotlight). I lost weight on a GLP but pulled back on dosage frequency/amount when I reached what for me had always been a healthy and maintainable weight (until a medical issue caused my weight to spiral up), but many just keep going. |
| which celebrity and "other" people are getting too thin? I've only seen Kelley Osbourne but there's something way beyond going on there. |
Demi Moore. Oprah very recently. |
| And sadly one of my favorite comedians, Kristen Wiig. The recent naked side boob shot where her rib cage was prominent made me sad. Thought she would have better judgment. |
