What do you wear on a casual restaurant date? Am fashion hopeless. Do not like jeans. Slim build.

This was several years ago, but my go to was black leggings, black flat boots, fitted long sleeve t-shirt.

Dress, something soft and slightly sexy and feminine, high heeled boots.
Or longer skirt and cashmere sweater with boots.
Or pants (leather) with kitten heel and blouse/sweater.

Some of you wear some super weird stuff on dates. This is a casual restaurant date. You can wear fitted black pants and a nice shirt if you don’t like jeans. Just go to any store and you can at least find one shirt that fits the bill and one pair of basic fitted nice black pants. And id wear black boots or black loafers with it. The lady saying leather pants…wtf?

Black Cigarette pants or coated pants, short sleeved sweater, ankle boots or kitten heels, pearl or diamond stud earrings, simple bracelet to match. If it’s chilly add a blazer or wear a long sleeve sweater layered with a button down underneath.

I wasn't on a date, but I wore a mini skirt today, to celebrate the spring temps. I mean, it's not that hard, OP, especially if you're slim - the entire universe of clothes is open to you! I don't entirely understand why Americans shy away from pretty, fun, clothes.

If you want a man, you put a dress on. In the summer time it’s sundress if it’s before dark, black mini dress with flip flops or high heels after dark. Wear your hair down.
