If an LLC is registered for tech/IT consulting in Virginia, can it be used for selling crafted items like hand-sewn bags for example? As long as all sales are done legally and by proper bookkeeping for accurate tax filings, does it matter if the LLC never did IT consulting and ended up selling crafted items?
If it is okay to use the same LLC, what additional things need to be done for selling crafted items? I read somewhere about registering for sales tax. Any info about that? If it is not okay to use the same LLC, what options do people use? |
