Experiences with Learning Pathways DC ABA services?

I’m hoping to hear from other families who may have worked with Learning Pathways DC for ABA services.

Our experience over the past few months has been challenging due to a lack of service delivery and lack of communication on behalf of the owner. This week we also had a therapist no-show, and communication about what happened has been limited. As a result, consistency of services has been an issue and we are concerned about the impact on our child’s progress.

Before making any decisions about next steps, I wanted to ask if other parents here have worked with this provider and what your experience has been like. Were services generally consistent? How was communication and scheduling handled?
