Whole wheat lasagna noodles

Anyone know where to buy whole wheat lasagna noodles?

This is an abomination.

I found some on Amazon. I used to force my kids into eating whole wheat pasta, until we discovered, DH and I, with the help of one of those glucose monitors you stick to your arm for two weeks, that it didn't actually help regulate glycemia any better than refine flour pasta. It does add fiber, but there are other ways to do that (my kids love spinach and I add that to my lasagnas).

So easy to make. I make them by grinding soft white wheat. 1 cup 1 egg and a of sprinkle water. rest 30 min then roll and cut.

Used to be able to find them at larger Harris Teeter’s. I would buy multiple boxes at a time so haven’t looked recently. I also make the “abominable” lasagna where you don’t cook the noodles first. My family likes it and it’s easy on a weeknight and not a big project.

If I want really authentic “good” lasagna, I have it at a restaurant.

Interesting!!! I know people process glucose differently but I would love to hear more about your experiences with that glucose monitor and glucose numbers in regard to what you ate. Please post back or think about starting a new thread just on that subject alone.
