Why is the AQI so high?

| My app has been showing air quality (due to PM2.5) hovering around 100 for the past several days. Any idea why? Wanted to run outside but I’m sensitive. |

I didn’t know that was a thing! Does that also mean that when the fog lifts (presumably later this morning) the air quality might improve? |

| It is the weather. The pattern was quite stagnant this week and it just traps the pollutants. As PP noted it is already better today and should be ok into next week. |
