| Depending on the med, they can go 21-56 days without refrigeration. |
They don't need to be constantly refrigerated. If you're going away for a week or two, they will be fine. |

DH travels monthly for work and puts his compounded med in his carryon in something like this. No issues with TSA on at least 16 flights.

| I haven't done any trips longer than a week, but I have shifted my injection date to accommodate travel. I just moved it up a day every week for three weeks. PPs suggested cooler is what I'd do if traveling for a longer period or if I traveled frequently. |
