Hi! How do you deal with GLP1 injections and vacation? What if you don’t have access to a fridge?

Depending on the med, they can go 21-56 days without refrigeration.

They don't need to be constantly refrigerated. If you're going away for a week or two, they will be fine.

DH travels monthly for work and puts his compounded med in his carryon in something like this. No issues with TSA on at least 16 flights.

I use the Wegovy single use pen and it doesn't require refrigeration up to 28 days. So I toss in my carryon. No issues.

I haven't done any trips longer than a week, but I have shifted my injection date to accommodate travel. I just moved it up a day every week for three weeks. PPs suggested cooler is what I'd do if traveling for a longer period or if I traveled frequently.
