| Title says it all-a C product, a moisturizer or a retinol product? Specific brand recommendations welcome. |
| Tretinoin, no question. |
| Tretinoin. Altreno, specifically. The formulation is more tolerable than others. |
| A face lift. |
+1 There are cheap ways to get it too, so might not even count as a splurge. |

DP- was coming here to recommend this. Yes you need a prescription. |

I would splurge on a good vitamin C serum like Obagi and get a prescription for Tret.
Cerave moisturizer (in the big tub) is cheap and a classic recommendation. My dermatologist even carries it. That's all you should need if you're using a Vit C serum and a retinol. |

Yes, you need a prescription for tretinoin, but this can be obtained easily online. I know Amazon prescribes it and it is cheap if you have a prime membership. You need to start with a low percentage and work your way up. You also NEED to use daily SPF with tret.
Do not start tret without researching first. Reddit is a good place to start. https://docs.google.com/document/u/2/d/e/2PACX-1vRQmcAj-x5A8JIQygtW2Rg89uPsJPR5JLH_dLxLNCW4eazWW4i49bsrF0e2YYx10wx00ctaUnyvHfyD/pub https://www.reddit.com/r/tretinoin/ |
