Young teen actresses with lip filler?

Is this a thing? I binge watch terrible daytime tv while working from home, lots of lifetime and hallmark movies. I was noticing how a lot of the tween characters (so presumably played by skinny 14-15-16 year olds) have weird mouths across movies. Not full on duck lips (though there are plenty of those in the slight older actresses; think characters that are supposed to be 14-15 but played by 24 year olds, so the sultry duck lips are offputting). But these young girls' mouths don't look typical either. It's just an odd looking mouth, and first time i wouldn't have noticed it but now i've seen about four different young actresses with this odd look, so wondering if they are all getting like intro levels of fillers?

Their bottom lips look normal (albeit probably on the plump side) but the top lip is more like an arcing straight line across their face without a dip/dimple in the middle. I can kind of replicate it on my own face if i pull my upper lip up a bit and stretch it to the sides so that the dimple goes away. But it's not super plump or sticking out of their faces like full on duck lips.

Are these 15 year old kids getting fillers? Or is the filler look so ubiquitous in D-list movies that the make up artists are drawing fake bad lips on kids?

I find it really offputting to watch these kids in movies where they're wearing like hanna anderrsson onesie pjs with their kid breasts strapped down to emphasize how young they are, but they have these unnatural lips. Anyone know?

There are lip plumping glosses and lipsticks so it might be those. But look at Billie Eilish at 14-15 - she had full lips from the time she was little.

She has super full lips but they are shaped like regular lips, with a dimple in the middle.

It would help if you could link some photos we could take a look at.

It's either actual lip filler or the actresses have overlined lips. There is a (terrible) trend amongst young people to overline the Cupid's Bow.

Maybe the actresses are playing a teen but actually an older adult in real life.

There are a lot of teen girls with youthful full lips that are natural so I do not think it is a trend among teen girls.

Pretty much every young working actor in the business has had some type of cosmetic enhancement - cheek/chin/jaw/lip fillers, botox, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty. This... is not exactly a secret.

Kylie Jenner started this trend when she had her lips plumped up and went from average-looks to absolutely stunning looks!
(Though I personally think she also enhanced her facial features too.)

So plastic surgery and fillers are very in style now w/young girls.

I don’t think think she has ever looked stunning, but she did have her lips done.
