| I don't have the time to make stocks, and I was wondering if there is a deli in the area that sells "homemade" chicken stock. You know, stock not from a box, but made in-house. DC / Montgomery County preferred, but I'd be interested in any recommendations. |

| Chicken stock takes about 15 minutes to get in the pot, simmer for 2 hours, and strain. Can be cone every evening you're home. Don't make it if you don't want to, but you absolutely do have time. It's not like it requires constant attention. |
