Seems like good quality ETFs are 2% down and they say the war is temporary. Historically European equities absorbed temporary conflicts (even Russia and Ukraine). Sitting on cash and initially planned to buy sgov on the 4th. But here the moment comes ....

What percentage of portfolio would you devote for deep buying shopping today?

I am not a day trader, actually a long term and very conservative investor.
