coworker cant work and talk at the same time

I have a job in manual labor where we have to work fast. We talk and work simultaneously except she talks all the time and everytime, she stops working and stands still just to speak. She talks with her hands as well and gets the attention of the managers.
How do I ignore her without being rude? I never ignore her and i honestly can't but its so freaking annoying to me. I like her but can't speak with her without everything stopping. |

"Larla, I'm listening with one ear but I'm going to keep moving because the managers will be over here in a minute."
You also could directly point out that she's not pitching in (leaving you with more work) when she stops. |
