Days on market?

Days on market? Why does it matter?

Once the home is listed why not just remove the date it was listed etc.

I feel like if we remove the date perhaps more sellers will join the market as the pressure to sell by a certain day will be gone no?

You think realtors will be okay with that lol? Get rid of realtors and you will find a very efficient housing market.
