Social skills group / general therapy

Does any one have any recommendations for a social skills / therapy type center in Maryland. Rockville/Bethesda area. I’d like to find a place that can support my 10 year in building confidence and creating better connections with others. Academically she does fine, but she is very timid when it comes to relationship building, and I’d like to help her build the confidence she needs to not be so anxious. My methods are failing so I’d like to engage experts.

Alvord Baker runs "resiliency" groups for this exact need.

Also consider if you need parent training on responding to anxiety. SPACE training is the gold standard.

I think she’d be more willing and comfortable to do any sort of program away from the school setting. So - external recourses are preferred. I have seen a place called, Expressive Therapy - anyone with insight? Or similar places.
