Monday was Mounjaro day (15 mg -- I have Type 2). Nothing appeals. Not hungry at all, realize I might be in two hours.
Feed me, people. Tell me what to do. I can't make a decision for some reason. |
| Buy grocery store sushi. |
| Salisbury Steak |
| Go to whole foods and get a premade plate- salmon, veggies. |
| It's nice out, so I grilled some Teriyaki salmon for me (on Zepbound), and flank steak and burgers for everyone else. |
|
All swell ideas. Keep them coming.
I have an air fryer and shit in the freezer too. Not sure what shit. But there's some shit. I should probably check it out but I'm so lazy right now and unmotivated. I have leftover roast from Sunday. Maybe that. Although it's mostly onions now. |
| Omelet with vegetables and cheese. Maybe bacon or sausage if you have some available. |
|
This without the rice (or cauliflower rice). I made it a couple of weeks ago and my 16 year old DD loved it.

UGH! AS SOON AS I CLICKED THIS LINK, it signed me up for newsletters! |
| I have the same issue! I can't seem to think of anything for dinner ever. I guess I used to let hunger guide me towards what to cook. I really want chicken shawarma (the NYT recipe), but it's a bit too late for me to start cooking. Maybe I could marinate it for tomorrow. My kids go crazy for that with naan and tzatziki sauce that I make. |
| Cereal |
| And the winner is … Harris Teeter hot bar. |
| Baked potato. |
|
For me that is rotisserie chicken with store-bought mashed potatoes. I don't have to make it, and it is super neutral.
If I'm really not wanting to eat, protein shake. But it doesn't sound like you are there. |
| OP reply with what you ended up scrounging. I feel like this all the time. |
