Costco multi city Europe packages?

Hi all,

Has anyone here booked one of the Costco Travel multi city Europe packages, like Best of Italy Rome, Florence, Venice?
Would love to hear real experiences. How were the hotels, especially the locations? Were the train transfers easy? Any hiccups?

We’ve traveled in Europe on our own pre kids, but I’m tempted by the ease of having everything bundled, especially with kids, while still keeping flexibility. TIA!

I have. Very impressed. We did Madrid and Barcelona and stayed in NH Collection hotels that were excellent. The airport transfers were all upscale SUVs and the train tickets were first class. Good communication throughout as well.

My friends have and they were greatly impressed. When a glitch happened and they were charged for something they should not have been, Costco stepped in and took care of the matter.

We have not done Europe but have done multiple Costco trips, including multi city. Great customer service and have generally been impressed.
