ISO - looking for a place to donate a washer and a dryer

Hi,

I have a washer and a dryer ( that still work well) that I want to get rid of because my new house has a washer and a dryer.
Does anyone know a organization who pick them up from a house to a donation place?

List it on craigslist under FREE. People will swarm to the house!

Purple Heart and/or Salvation Army picks up items from your house.

I would prefer to donate it to a charity first before giving it away for free only so someone can money on it.

Contact Habitat for Humanity. Also, you may want to ask an area women's shelter or childcare center. I've sure they'd appreciate it and may be able to organize some volunteers for pick up too.
