Best Cold Medicine Recs

Any recs for something that can temporarily help with congestion/watery eyes due to a cold? I'm on day 7 but still a mess and have something I can't skip tomorrow. Thanks.

Sudafed. The lower dose doesn't feel as groggy but you have to keep taking it every few hours.

And not the pseudo, pseudoephendrine, either. Phenylephrine is totally useless.
