Playmetrics Help

One of our kids wants to go to Arlington tryouts and they've included a playmetrics URL on the tryouts page to go and register.
We don't have a playmetrics account--how can we get one?
The URL is useless and there is no way to set up an account, only to try and recover one. When we tried that option it said, you have to be invited.

I would email Arlington and ask

Get the app at the Apple app store. Create an account on the app. Click the link on your phone to open the playmetrics app.
