| My husband says yes, but it doesn’t make sense to me since regular Amazon drivers don’t receive tips. |
| Yes |
Why? |
| No. I’m not going to contribute to their wages when Bezos can afford to do it |
| We tip for grocery delivery just like we tip for food delivery. It is customary. |
| How do you tip them? There is no way to do it when I order online because I just add grocery items to a regular Amazon delivery. I’m usually not home when they deliver. Is there some other way? |
| No. No one is "supposed" to tip. For anything. If you're feeling generous, you can. |
| Isn’t there a subscription for Amazon Fresh? If so, why tip? |
But do you tip the Amazon driver for deliveries? Amazon Fresh isn’t like Instacart where the driver actually shops for you? |
| There is no where to tip on the app and you don’t run into the people upon delivery. No, you don’t tip. |
| We always tip Amazon fresh driver, like we tip for pizza delivery and instacart. There’s recommended tip amount added before you place fresh order, so it’s changed through credit card on file. |
This is my experience. |
+1. The recommended tip is $7 for up to $150 order, and $10 for over that. I usually tip $7. |
| Yes, the tip is already on screen and then you can adjust it then or later. Do you remove the tip?! |
I think people maybe don't realize that and unknowingly pay a tip? It's a weird thread because I agree, that's how it is and there IS a tip. |
