I’m looking ahead to some upcoming spring trips (heading to Charleston and San Francisco!). I’m sure I’ll pack a mostly jeans and casual tops, with a dress or nice pants/dressy top for dinner. I am often at a loss with what shoes to pack for trips like these, besides sneakers (which I wear on the plane and day excursions).
Would you pack black flats? or brown? Do you stick to a color palatte for packing, like same color flats and bag? I often feel like I packed the wrong thing on these sort of trips. |

Cold as F? I agree that SF is rarely warm in the spring (or summer, haha) but it’s also rarely cold - it will probably be in the 60s. Anyway, OP- I pick a color palatte and pack around it. Like, it might be black and cream/tan, and then I’d pack blue jeans, black pants, cream/tan/black sweaters, white and black tshirts, and black bag and flats (and comfortable fashion sneakers). In the spring I might replace black flats/bag with tan. |
