Sweetwater/GAR coleslaw dupe recipe?

Anonymous
I love the coleslaw at Sweetwater tavern, and I'm wondering if anyone here has duped it or knows how to make it? The cabbage is chopped, not shredded, and I think there is some parsley in there? The dressing is creamy and a bit sweet but not overly so?

While we are at it, are there dates in their green salads? The Field Greens Salad and the Roasted Chicken Salad seem to have slices of date in them? There are definitely cranberries, but there is something else too?

Yes, there are dates in the Roasted Chicken Salad. I don't have a recipe for their slaw, but it seems they use a mix of sour cream and mayo for the dressing.

You can ask the waiter and they will tell you.

Yes, dates , and also pine nuts, and goat cheese. It’s a good salad!
