Anyone familiar with/built with them? Interested in their new Alexandria TH development but not finding much.

Yes, I’m familiar with his projects. I bought a home from him. For 10 years, I had different types of plumbing issues about once a year, me and several of my neighbors needed to replace our furnaces for the same issue - they were supposed to last 15 - 20 years. I had elevator issues 4 different times and garage door malfunctioning, so did some of my neighbors but not all of them. Also, leaks from the rooftop terrace
