Wind Therapy- An authentic look into PTSD and the open road

Anonymous
I just finished reading a book a co-worker of mine wrote called Wind Therapy. It's the story of a VA Therapist who grows frustrated with the ineffective nature traditional therapy is having for her PTSD Support group. She then takes her group of veterans on a cross country motorcycle ride to find the purpose, brotherhood, and healing they all have been searching for. It's a well crafted series of emotional highs and lows as they make their way from San Diego to Arlington National Cemetery.

It's a short read at only about 160 pages but it really flows nicely and has a strong cinematic feel to it. I finished the whole thing in one sitting because I couldn't put it down.
