The shake plate claims to help with lymphatic drainage.

Can you not exercise? That will do far more.
|
For people with lymphedema, its quite helpful. I have a mild case - its nothing to do with exercise. I'm 5'4, 120 and exercise 6 days a week. But from my knees to butt I have little to no muscle tone due to the lymphedema. The vibration plate helps a bit with fluid retention in that area, but OP nothing is a miracle worker. Its like a nice add on. |
Thanks. |
| I have rheumatoid arthritis and the vibration plate is great. I was super skeptical when it was recommended but now I use it every morning. When I first started I could only stand on it for 2-3 minutes but now I am around 20 minutes. |
| If you have any retinal issues, stay far away. FYI |
+1 same with thyroid issues/disease. |
Why? |
It's my understanding that it is only an issue with UNCONTROLLED thyroid disease. Here is some info for those with autoimmune issues: https://www.hypervibe.com/us/blog/vibration-plate-for-autoimmune-disease/ |
Thank you so much for this warning! |
