It’s 4,500 SF with carpet on the upper floors, and both the land and construction costs are lower than in McLean. Does that mean the profit margin is higher in Vienna?

| Carpet? Yuck. Frankly I'd rather live in McLean than Vienna any day. |
| Like the description said, it's a sought-after street. It's right off Beulah near Maple. |
| So many of the outside pictures do not seem to match up. |
No. |
| Oh my heavens! How and why should that ever be? Criminal indeed!! Relax op |
| Where is the “comparable one in McLean”? |
| It’s ugly inside, I would not even look at that. |
| This is a top option in Vienna. Sure there will be lower priced options in McLean but also higher ones. |
Maple street is beyond annoying. I have to go there for some errands and I wouldn’t want to live there to deal with it daily |
I am curious what OP finds “comparable”, no example was provided. Both McLean and Vienna have homes in diff price ranges and diff types of neighborhoods. |
Used to live in Vienna until about a year ago. The traffic on Maple is next level, and yes it is a pain to deal with especially if you need to go down it for your commute. But there is a lot of convenience -- a lot of good restaurants, stores, etc. Now that I've moved south, I wish I had that Maple St problem. |
| Scrolling through the pictures I thought I was looking at seven different houses. I mean, it's not bad, just weird. |
+1. huge problem with Vienna - you have only one avenue of ingress and egress. |
This is just incorrect and anyone that lives in Vienna knows how to get around Maple. |
