Has anyone been able to figure out exactly what the cuts are?
The changes are for mainly non client facing people think Admins, Tech support internal. These lower paid roles that did not bill clients still had a pension plan. They killed that. Sadly for many in a lower paid role that gets little appreciaton the pension was the main draw.
I thought they were cutting pension and creating a 2nd class of usdc / project delivery as well.
Any clarity on pto changes?
Does this include hr and finance roles?
Is it retroactive? I’m a former employee (not client facing) vested in the pension plan. I haven’t seen any notices …
Not retroactive- I think they are just no longer adding $ - so people who had it and are no longer getting funded are getting a payout |
Hi this is not entirely true. Anyone client facing who used to be traditional and was moved to Center or Delivery will lose their traditional benefits. Anyone who made this change prior to the reorg but was grandfathered into traditional benefits will lose them as well. This is NOT only an internal thing. This affects many client facing folks.
So glad I left there. All this is a bait and switch. Tout their benefits but then reality hits you. That and the excessive hours per week.
Which call was this outlined on? I don't remember hearing about it on mine.
Several Delivery and Center calls. People also received emails, stating their benefits now aligned to their new talent model, regardless of their grandfathered status
the new benefits at Deloitte sucks.
|
And now it is decided. You thought Project delivery model was 2nd class. But leadership now made it official.
You have a GPS town hall and do not invite a significant part of your organization Thanks for clarifying exactly where you stand |
PwC just laid off a ton not like their are choices but to take it
