My dermatologist says she doesnt recommend threads or Morpheus as it makes a face lift harder later and/or possible nerve damage. She also said she is extremely conservative.

Thoughts?

Does Botox not work for jowls?

No, Botox relaxes muscles which can smooth wrinkles, but it does nothing for skin laxity and/or sag.

For actual jowls it's going to take a face and/or neck lift to make a difference.
