Also, is it better to take it for a grade or a pass/fail? Does the letter grade factor into a student’s GPA?

You have to register now. He needs to be registered and let his guidance counselor know before the class selection deadline in early March.
Yes the grade will factor into the GPA so if he is sure he will do the work, take it for a grade for the GPA boost. Otherwise you can take it pass/fail. |
