What is the boy's equivalent of Vogues?

| Son (in 5th) has just started playing and i would like him to continue to develop. Is there a good boys rec team or a low-stakes travel team (local) that would be a good fit? I am looking for more of a developmental team like the vogues, but for boys. I don't want him to be in a program that's so competitive that he loses confidence. Any recommendations? in NOVA |

There is no boys program for the Vogues. Elevate Elite is the girls version of NoVa 94 for example.
Similar level programs may be Nova 94, Cavs, boys Fairfax Stars, Cyclones (boys version of hurricanes) |
