Context: My role is pretty much handling the financial stuff, tax stuff in a small business that does onsite telecom/IT/security systems work. I interface with the two guys who handle bids and project management, one of whom is really the project manager person, the other keeps stuff going with customers and vendors. We're basically running the show as the owner is mostly not around and has delegated me to handle the financials. So I'm in the loop on the project emails and tracking so I can do projections and manage cash flow. We both monitor the third guy, who is a long time social acquaintance as well and who is a very gloomy person (does have SAD and a dark personality to begin with)

I swear the PM has become so addicted to AI he speaks AI. That's the only way to describe it. He does not talk like a human anymore. I noticed he has picked up all the inquiries we get usling our online contact form. I wondered if the other guy was dropping the ball or if he was grabbing the ball. No, it's that he uses AI to analyze the inquiry to digest stuff he has fed into it about the equipment we use and install, our project experience along with the inquiry. I have a little different perspective (partly keeping the blood moving in our depressive guy) and he gave me this response I'm pretty sure was AI having taken over his synapses.

Are the responses to the email form good? Was the depressive guy doing it well?

It sounds like this guy did a good job using ai to solve a problem, tbh.
