O’Connell - when are decisions due

Does anyone know how long O’Connell gives you to let them know if you will be attending? The acceptances come out this week but Gonzaga doesn’t release their decisions for a few more weeks. Will O’Connell require a decision before the other decisions get released? Thank you.

Not sure about this year, but last year the O'Connell deadline was about a week after other decisions were released.

O’Connell is a dumpster fire compared to Gonzaga and SJC. Other than convenience for selfish parents not wanting to drive a few extra miles for their kids, why would anyone attend?

Because it's a lot cheaper, and most of the kids who go there are further out in Fairfax County making Gonzaga, and especially St. John's a very tough commute.

DP. No school is worth a daily commute across any Potomac River bridge — in either direction.

For sports or the Scholars program, SJC would be worth the pain IMO.
