Any heath insurance plans that charge per family member?

| IME most of the health insurance plans I have seen have four or so categories such as individual, individual and spouse, and individual and spouse and kids, individual and kids. Premiums are based on those categories. Are there health insurance plans/companies that charge per person added? Example - you have a plan that covers individual, spouse and kids but if you take a kid or 2 off and put them on another plan then the original premium goes down? |
