| Our kids won twice - one half, one full. Congrats OP (and others who got the invitations). If invited, you won at least partial BK. 1/2 of the kids get full, the other 1/2 gets partial. Good luck. |

They both did. One got phd in engineering (different school), the other went to a med school. The 529 money we saved paid for medical school and other post-college expenses. They are both grateful that they have no student loans to pay. But, at the time, it was somewhat difficult seeing their friends going to big name schools. But they know they made the right choice for them/us. |

My kid was invited a few years ago. Ended up attending another school though. Didn’t bother with the interview etc. wish he could have gifted it to someone else!
