Volleyball- hitting clinics

Hi, I am looking for a hitting clinics/ camps that helps my 12-yr old daughter improve her hiring, jumping and her approach. She is at an intermediate level and looking for some recommendations. If there is a good coach for a private lesson or any strength training facilities that would be helpful too. Any location in northern Va or DC or Maryland would work.

Rec clinics may be cheaper, but your DD will likely not benefit a lot. Club clinics may work better, even though coaches will likely not give your DD a lot of individual attention. You should look for options depending on the level your DD plays at and how much you are willing to spend.
