| I liked it because it hits all the bases- strength, cardio, and mobility. I left feeling good, no depleted. If you are accustomed to high intensity cardio, you might find the cardio aspect kinda easy. |
| I absolutely love it. It's just like any class though in that you may not love a particular teacher's style or the 'regulars' in a particular class but overall it is a very welcoming community and the workout is good. |
