Best towels from big box store?

I don’t want to spend a fortune, but would love some recommendations for nice, plush towels from someplace like Target or Kohl’s.

Costco and replace every couple of years.

This is what I do. Just grab a couple of new ones and gradually replace as they start to fray.

Vega Wang at Kohl's has the best towels and they are not expensive. Her stuff is pretty good quality and holds up really well.

I recently bought some from Sam's Club. Only 1 wash, but for the price, they are fine

We get the swim towels from Costco every few years, but they aren't fabulous.

If you want bath towels, wait for a sale at Lands End. Their supima cotton towels are wonderful and last forever!

The Charisma towels at Costco are the absolute best.

*I miss Bed Bath & Beyond Wamsutta towels

Maybe not what you're looking for, but I bought this set of beach towels from Amazon and they are surprisingly plush. My kids keep using them as bath towels. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0915DCQ47

I've bought parachute etc towels and the Costco towels are the best quality. I will splurge on towels- bait etc but I also have 3 kids and a lot of hosting and the Costco towels really are my go to towels. Lands end beach towels are also great quality.

Are these still stocked in stores? My local Costco doesn’t seem to have them.

I came here to post that. We have them, they are luxurious (enough) and sturdy.

Went right to the Kohls website, but there's about 10 different kinds of VW towels. Which ones do we like?
