| Looking for insights from anyone who has successfully requested pupil placement at a non base school for middle school. What were the successful reasons? |

| Documented bullying. My neighbor’s kid went to a non-base MS because they couldn’t guarantee his physical safety. His sibling subsequently went to the same non-base MS. |
